EASY SOLUTIONS is a company that seeks to innovate, transform, offering specialized and personalized community administration and management services.

Some of the services we offer for communities include the following;

• Visits to the community.
• Account management.
• Monthly balances and reports available on-line for all owners and by email if requested.
• Direct contact with the administrator to solve all problems and queries.
• We will draft up a management reports every 3 months so every one is aware of all matters during the accounting year, posted on the communities website and sent by email.
• The management services are offered in Spanish and English.
• Specialized debt collection services, with reports of the outcome.
• Analyse the budget of the community offering saving plans were possible, maintaining the same services.

We would like to introduce a new way of running the community, the difference in services we offer is to manage the community on site which means owners can meet the administrator directly, without having to travel or book an appointment, we solve all problems immediately and all queries can be resolved as soon as possible.  We believe that all owners should have access to all the information of the community at all times, as the best way of working together is being transparent and accessible for all owners.
